🚨⚽A former Manchester City star is eager to join Liverpool and is expected to replace Mo Salah, who is likely to depart in the final days.

The 2024/25 season could mark Mohamed Salah’s final campaign at Liverpool, with the club potentially eyeing Bayern Munich’s Leroy Sane as a replacement for next summer.

Salah’s current contract with Liverpool runs until 2025, fueling growing speculation about his future. Many expect the 32-year-old to move to Saudi Arabia in 2025, following a £150 million bid from Al-Ittihad in 2023, though the Saudi club held off this summer, possibly waiting to sign him on a free transfer.

Liverpool strengthened their right-wing options by acquiring Federico Chiesa from Juventus in the recent transfer window, but should Salah depart, they may turn their attention to Sane as a possible successor.

According to Todofichajes, the German winger is on Liverpool’s radar, as his contract with Bayern Munich also expires in 2025, with little expectation that he will renew.

Bayern Munich reportedly plans to offer Sane a new deal this season, but the player is said to be keen on a move to Liverpool, aiming for a Premier League return after his spell at Manchester City.

During his four years at City, Sane made 135 appearances, netting 39 goals and delivering 43 assists.

If Liverpool pursue Sane next summer, they may face competition from Saudi clubs offering higher wages.

Although Sane reportedly prefers to stay in Europe for now, the financial pull of Saudi Arabia could influence his decision
